This was the final winter time trial before the clocks go forward and we return to the summer route.

A good attendance with 3 new comers. Aside from these, there were 5 PBs, with Matt moving extremely close to that sub 20 mark, which has only been achieved by 2 other runners in the club.

Track sessions continue as usual.
2nd and 4th Wednesdays of month: 6.50pm Lewes Leisure Centre, pay at reception.
