Training Sessions

Currently on winter training schedule, see below.

We train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Monday sessions focus on a relaxed group run.
Emphasis on social/easy/recovery run with support an encouragement for all.
Participating faster runners are expected to assist others.

Developmental training is on Wednesdays, on the track twice a month or locally otherwise.
These sessions are for members who want to improve, regardless of current standard.

The Thursday session is a steadier continual run for about an hour, again focus is on the group.

Summer training

During summer months (British Summertime), we run on the lanes around Heathfield.

Monday, 6.30pm
Waldron Recreation Ground.

Thursday, 6.45pm
Heathfield Leisure Centre, Cade Street, Old Heathfield.
1st Thursday of month, time trial (7.5k) at Heathfield & Waldron Rugby Club, Cross in Hand, Heathfield.

Winter training

During winter months (GMT), we run on streetlit roads in Heathfield.

Monday, 6.30pm
Coop car park, Heathfield.

Thursday, 6.45pm
Coop car park, Heathfield.
1st Thursday of month, time trial (5k), Coop car park.
